1) Place a Business Listing on NewHopePA.com

* URL (your site’s address) if applicable
* 75 word or less description of the business
* Business hours (if desired)
* Payment: $180/yr

Some clarifications on business listing policies:
Legacy No Charge Listings: We have a number of “nonlinked listings” with name, address & phone info only which were put on the site in late 1997, at no charge when the site was first being populated. There are also some which were added since then. The site has never placed commercial links or email addresses on the site at no charge, except for some nonprofit groups and certain area resources (i.e. the bus schedule.) We can no longer add “name, address, phone listings” without one of the listing fees being paid (except for nonprofit groups.) The current traffic levels and bandwidth/maintenance costs make this impossible.

2) Banner Ad Options
Option A: 468 X 60 pixels
$200/mo with a 3 month minimum (includes static banner creation) or $150/mo for reruns or those providing existing banners. Banner placements on Lodging or Directions are $300/mo with a 3 month minimum (includes static banner creation) or $200/mo for reruns or those providing exisiting banners.
Option B: 120 pixels X 40 pixels
A single placement on the menu bar which appears on all pages:
$600/mo with a 2 month minimum. (includes static banner creation) or $500/mo for reruns.

Procedure: If you have an existing banner, send it to us as an email attachment. Please enclose the URL to be linked to the banner. If we are creating the banner from scratch, please provide us with any logo, text, and images you want to be included in the banner. If you have a particular layout in mind, also include a rough sketch of same. These can be sent as email attachments or by regular mail. Use the contact information listed above. Please keep in mind the size of the banners when submitting content. Provide large/high quality copies of any logos or images submitted (as they will produce better results when downsizing). We will do our best to incorporate your content within the constraints of the banner dimensions.

3) Listing in “Real Estate For Sale/Rent by Owner” Section
Includes: 3 pictures + reasonable amount of descriptive text.
Price: $150 for first 3 mos (additional mos $30/per)
Procedure: Mail or Email pictures & text and mail payment to the above listed address for Corabell.. Upon receipt the content is layed out and posted within 48 hrs. If add’l content is desired please contact us for quote.

4) Notices
NewHopePA.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any listings or advertisement. In the event this option is exercised, the unused portion of the term will be refunded within 15 days. Prices, terms and specifications are subject to change without notice; but in no event to affect any prepaid ads in place until the term contracted for reaches its renewal date or the unused portion of the fee is returned.. Though we maintain a 99.9% uptime average for the site’s servers, no guarantees are made nor refunds given in the rare occurrences of temporary network outages.
