The Kintnersville post office will host a bake sale 8-5 pm as part of the Great American Bake Sale, a national effort to end childhood hunger in the US. The campaign runs through July 22. Bucks County Audubon Society, in cooperation with the Natural Lands Trust, offers free a "Bird Walk at the Paunacussing Preserve" on Tuesday, June 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Registration is required by June 6. For registration and directions to the meeting site, call the Bucks County Audubon Society at 215-297-5880. Paunacussing Preserve, located at Route 413 and Holicong Road, has several varieties of ideal bird habitats. Audubon guides will assist participants to identify birds located on the walk including many migratory songbirds arriving this month.

Support continues to grow for the New Hope Sculpture Exhibition that will open in New Hope, Pennsylvania on June 14, 2003. The New Hope Arts, Inc. event will feature an indoor and outdoor show featuring works by more than 35 artists. Sculpture New Hope – Indoors & Out, an exhibition featuring more than 70 pieces by 35 nationally and internationally recognized artists, will open at Union Square, W. Bridge Street and Union Square Drive in New Hope, Pa. The Patrons Preview & Opening will be held from Saturday, June 14, 2003 from 7:00-9:00 pm. The artists will attend and the public is invited. Admission is $15/person and includes food by some of the area’s finest chefs and an open wine bar. On-site parking is available in the rear parking lot closest to the building.
