She went on to receive two degrees, a doctorate in medicine and bachelor of fine arts. Her oil on canvas
impressionist landscapes and still lifes capture the wonderful color and beauty of Bucks County's gardens and countryside. Her use of color and light are reminiscent of the European masters. She is collected internationally and her works are currently on display in The White House and The Royal Palace in Monaco. Khara Flint earned her Masters in Art Education from Tyler School of Art and taught for 12 years in the Tredyffrin/Easttown school district in Devon, PA. She and her husband are raising their two young children in New Britian, PA. Khara's floral paintings are inspired by botanical scenes in beautiful Bucks County. Her pen and ink watercolors resemble luscious, vividly-colored tapestries complimented by very unique frames that she hand makes from vintage, antique, and custom hand painted mouldings.
