Comment: I was in New Hope last week. In error, I went on a Tues. and discovered that 50% of the stores (or so it seemed) were closed. What a dissapointment! Now I know better and will come down on Wed. or the weekend. It was a beautiful fall day and the weather was warm--what a picturesque town on such a day! New Hope must remedy the public restroom situation. I cannot believe the shape the restrooms are in at the old building on Rt.29 (is that the old town hall?) and then they have the nerve to ask for a donation on your way out. I also go to Jim Thorpe, which is similar to NH but on a much smaller scale. Their rest facilities are much nicer and they don't ask for a donation! Are the white witches and the black witches having a feud on the main street? Is that anything like the good witch and the bad witch? I hope Glenda wins out! I need a good tarot card reader.
