This is my column on what's new or trendy in my school. I'll have news, outlooks and links. Once a month i will be updating my column.
August 2000
My column this month is coming from California (near San Francisco) - so it's
short!
Outlooks:
The Co-Op is where my Mom works it is a local grocery store. The Co- Op is a community
owned grocer. I has mostly "Organic" foods witch means that they have no
pesticides or sprays. All the produce has to be certified by the state. There are 2 of
these stores 1 in Eureka California and 1 in Arcata California.
Humboldt Crud The Humboldt Crud is kind of like the flu and ofcorse 3rd week I am here I
catch it. I'm felling better now though. This is one one of the things you may catch if
you go to Humboldt County, California.
I'm coming back to Pennsylvania on August 27th!
